User Token
All HTTP requests to our Web Service Speech Solutions require the presence of a mandatory “user_token“ field. This field should be populated with a unique identifier of the speaker contained in the attached audio file. No personally identifiable information should be included in this id.
SoapBox Labs use this id when deletion of data is requested for a specific user in compliance with Coppa & GDPR regulations.
Deletion of Data (Opt-Out)
You can request, at any time, to have data removed for a specific user, inline with Coppa and GDPR requirements. As outlined above, each of our Web Service Speech Solutions require a “user_token“ field to be set on each request. This token should be identifiable to each customer but not to SoapBox Labs.
Should you require a users data to be removed please contact support stating the user_token/ID of the user to remove.
Data Logging
SoapBox Labs works continuously to improve its products, including the use of customer data (such as audio files) to refine those products.
By default, date submitted through our Web Service Speech Solutions is stored securely. This is known as Data Logging and it allows SoapBox Labs to continually improve the quality of its Speech Solutions through using customer data to refine its speech recognition services.
